Victoria Richardson is a lifelong Waterloo resident and volunteer with a passion for connecting neighbours and communities. Volunteering in community building since she was a child, she has been awarded for 15 years of volunteer service from the City of Waterloo.
Victoria’s background in both public healthcare and the arts guides her interests in municipal policy. She leads with empathy as her principal value, listening to residents and experts in order to make the best decisions for her community.
Victoria lives with her husband, daughter, and dog in Ward 5. In her spare time you can find her on family bike rides, attending local festivals, gardening, and crafting.
